Laser precision for industry & trade
Precise. Burr-free. Digital.
We process tubes, rods, and profiles precisely according to your requirements – from individual pieces to series production. Using state-of-the-art LT7 tube laser technology, we manufacture components in a single pass: precise, reproducible, and without time-consuming rework.
Especially with complex contours or small batch sizes, our digital process control saves you valuable time and reduces manufacturing costs – with maximum accuracy.
What we make possible for you:
- Processing of almost all metals
- Round, square and special profiles
- Diameter of 12 to 140 mm
- Pipe lengths up to 8 m of raw material / 4.5 m prefabricated section
- 3D cuts, miters, openings and drilling patterns in one run
- Virtually burr-free cuts at 1–3 mm material thickness
- CAD interface for direct data transfer and highest repeatability
- Automatic weld seam detection and intelligent clamping system
